How do I know if my fascias need replacing?

Can you replace fascias without replacing the gutters?
Technically yes, but the gutters need to come off to replace the fascia board behind them. In most cases it makes sense to fit new gutters at the same time rather than refit the old ones onto a new board.
What colours are available in uPVC?
White is the most common. We also fit black, grey, brown and woodgrain-effect uPVC. Ask us on survey for the full range and we will advise on what suits your property best.
Do I need ventilated soffits?
If your roof space has insulation at ceiling level, eaves ventilation is important to prevent condensation and moisture build-up. We check this on survey and recommend ventilated soffits where needed.
How long does a roofline replacement take?
